Thru-Hiking Guide

Gorp.com, which is a cool site for lots of outdoor news and info, if you can get past the pop-up's and other advertising, has posted the Thru-Hiker's Guide to America.. This excellent article lists some of the longest, most challenging, trails for hikers looking for something epic, but not having the time to do the Appalachian, Continental Divide, or Pacific Crest trails. Most of these I've heard of, but there are a couple of new ones for me. Lots of nice info on each trail as well. Give it a look if you're up for something different this Summer.
