National Geographic Releases Snorkeling Gear

Speaking of extending the brand and stretching out into new markets, it seems that National Geographic is doing something similar to Discovery Channel by releasing new gear of their own.

Just in time for the summer months, NG is dropping a new line of snorkeling gear dubbed National Geographic Snorkeler that is aimed at all experience levels and budgets.

The gear falls into three levels that includes the Experience, Explorer, and Expedition Series, designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced respectively. Each of those levels have gear in the form of flippers, snorkels and masks which can be purchased individually or as part of a combo pack, which includes mask and snorkel, or a set which adds the flippers to the mix as well. The sets and combo packs also come with an environmentally friendly bag to carry everything in.

I'm not sure what it's like where you're at, but here in Texas it has already been very warm and humid. Perfect weather to hit the water and do some swimming and snorkeling. Looks like this new gear is hitting at just the right time.
