Introduction To Canyoneering

Backcountry Blog brings us a very cool video today that offers a glimpse at some of the best canyons in Utah to explore and to give you an idea of the places you can visit while caynoneering. They're kicking off a month long introduction to the sport with plans to post links to website and other resources that will get beginners, like me, up and going. Canyoneering looks like an amazing exerperience and one that I'd love to try. I need to find some locations here Texas that will allow me to give it a go. Plus, I need an excuse to buy some of those very cool shoes.
