Yukon Arctic Ultra Update

We're a couple of days into the Yukon Arctic Ultra which is billed as the "World's toughest and coldest ultra". The event runs through the 24th, and is held near Whitehorse, Canada. Competitors can choose to run, mountain bike, or ski across a standard marathon course, or courses of 100, 300, and 460 miles in length.

As of know, the current results are as follows: Richard Malz-Heyne of Germany won the standard marathon. (Wimp!) While the 100 mile course is being lead by Shelley Gellatly from Canada. The 300 and 460 mile courses don't currently have rankings in place, but there sure are plenty of "DNF's" on the board.
