Everest: Supercouloir Update!
Yesterday I posted about the Alpine Style assault on Everest that was taking place along the Supercouloir, and I promised updates when they came in. Well, MountEverst.net has provided us with an updated today and it seems that things are going great. In fact, the climbers are reportedly already at 7900m and may make an attempt at the summit tomorrow, fully one day ahead of schedule. The Spanish climbers are said to be in good spirits, although the going is tough, the weather is cold, and the mountain is empty. With any luck, we'll have an update tomorrow from the summit!
